Kapesa is a financial management system designed for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Kenya. It provides tools for managing transactions, tracking income and expenses, and generating reports. These terms apply to all users of the platform.

As Kapesa is currently in development, certain features may be incomplete, subject to change, or unavailable.

2. Ownership

Kapesa is owned and operated by Radicha Ltd, a consultancy firm providing digital and simple solutions for lifestyle advancement. All rights, title, and interest in Kapesa, including its design, content, and functionality, belong to Radicha Ltd.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Kapesa only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms. Specifically:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree not to misuse, exploit, or reverse-engineer any part of Kapesa.
• You acknowledge that as the platform is in development, data loss or feature instability may occur.

4. Data and Privacy

Radicha Ltd respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your data. Any personal or business data you input into Kapesa during this development phase will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Data entered during the development phase is for testing and feedback purposes.
• Users are advised not to input sensitive or critical business data until the platform reaches its stable release.

5. Limitation of Liability

As Kapesa is in development, Radicha Ltd makes no guarantees regarding the functionality, reliability, or accuracy of the platform. You agree that:

• Radicha Ltd is not liable for any loss, damage, or business disruption caused by the use or inability to use Kapesa.
• The platform is provided "as is" and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property associated with Kapesa belong to Radicha Ltd. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of any materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Changes to Terms

Radicha Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and users will be notified of significant updates.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from the use of Kapesa will be resolved under Kenyan jurisdiction.
